Pizza Dough

This is the pizza dough, I use at our house. I also use it to make garlic sticks, stromboli, calazone. Whole wheat flour can be used in place of  two cups of the white flour.

punch down, and use to make all sorts of goodies

Pizza Dough
3 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 packet yeast
1 tsp salt

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup very warm water

In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast together.
Add in warm water and olive oil. Mix with a fork till all the dough comes together, and away
from the sides of the bowl.
Turn out onto a floured surface, and knead the dough ( about 10 times) (sprinkle more flour if needed) till it is nice and smooth and not sticky.
Oil a bowl, and place the dough in it.
Cover with a tea towel, place in a warm place, and let rise, about an hour, or until double in size.

Punch down, and it's ready to use.

Enjoy, Diana
