Cream Cheese Brownies
This makes a big 13x9 pan of brownies, using a cake box mix, that's right a cake box mix! Super easy and oh so very delicious, a really decadent dessert! 1 chocolate cake mix 1 egg 1 stick of melted butter (1/2 cup) 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional) 1 8 oz. softened cream cheese (200 gr.) 2 beaten eggs 3 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Mix together in a bowl the chocolate cake mix, 1 egg, 1 stick of melted butter,1 c. chopped pecans. Line a 13x9 pan, with baking/ parchment paper, press the mixture into the bottom of the pan. Next combine the softened cream cheese, 2 beaten eggs and 3 1/2 c. powdered sugar. Spread over cake mix. Bake in 180/350' oven for 40 minutes. Cool before cutting into bars/squares **** I added a chocolate drizzle, I melted 200 grms, of chocolate in the microwave, then poured it into a piping bag, and drizzled over the brownies.
