Phyllo Cups
These little cups are really easy to make, you could use them for many different fillings, hot or cold, sweet or savory . I like to make these with a savory filling of brie cheese. I decided to split the post, so as not to bore you with so many pictures :) you will need a box pf phyllo dough, and some butter to melt inside the box , there is two packages of pyhllo dough, each with 2 sheets, you will use both open the first package of 2 sheets, and lay it out flat open the second package, and lay out on top of the other 2 sheets, (so we have a stack of 4 sheets) cut the 4 layers in 3 sections, length wise cut those 3 sections in half, (sorry about all the math !!) and those halves in half......you now have 12 stacks of 4 layers each melt some butter take one of the stacks of 4 sheets, open them up on the counter, butter, each layer with butter stack all 4 buttered sheets together on top of each other and place on top of a muffin t...
