On Sunday morning, it was windy and rainy, and oh so very miserable outside. These pumpkin pancakes, were the perfect start to a very lazy pyjama day. According to my 6 year old " they taste just like pumpkin pie" There was even mention, of topping them with whipped cream, where do kids come up with these ideas, not from their mother surely, but maple syrup and butter, did the job.
