Greek Salad
This salad is one of our favorites, it's great with meat, fish and chicken, and really fantastic with BBQ. I did not have any cucumbers when I made this salad, but they are wonderful in the salad also.
Greek Salad
1 head of lettuce
2 tomatoes
1 sweet onion, white or red
1 cup black olives
1 square of feta cheese
cucumber
Wash and spin lettuce leaves, chop into a bowl.
Next slice onions, and chop tomatoes, slice cucumbers if using.
Add to the salad bowl, along with the black olives.
Chop feta and crumble over lettuce.
Pour greek salad dressing over salad.
Toss salad and serve, Enjoy
