So this is the second part to the
phyllo cups. I like to place some brie cheese and fig jam in the cups, and bake them. They make a wonderful appetizer. You could use any jam you like, the only thing that is important is to use good cheese
(that did not happen with these). I used the store brand, against my better judgement, (
almost did not post these pictures, but it's a learning experience). This cheese does not melt as well, and is not as creamy as a good french brie cheese. So it is important to sometimes buy better quality ingredients. My family however had no complaints, as each of these disappeared, one by one.

remove the rind from the cheese |

chop into 12 pieces |
|
place cheese in phyllo cups |
|
take a spoonful of fig jam |
|
and place over cheese in each cup |

I like to sprinkle the tops of each with some garlic powder, (but thats just me) |

bake @ 180º for 10-15 minutes (watch them, the burn quickly) |

(these I made last week, with REAL BRIE, they melt different) |

Ingredients
1 jar of jam (fig, raspberry, strawberry etc.)
Preheat oven 180º/350°F.
CUT brie into 12 pieces.
Fill cups with cheese.
Add spoonful of jam.
Bake for 10-12 min. or until golden brown and the cheese is slightly melted.
