Peanut Butter Truffles

"All you need is love. But a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt." - Charles M. Schulz

pulse the maria cookies into a crumb

in a bowl add, peanut butter, icing sugar, and the maria cookie crumbs

give it a quick mix

next add in the melted butter,

best way to mix......use your HANDS

it should come together, into a soft dough

roll the dough into balls

keep rolling, till your all finished, then place in the fridge

melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave, till smooth

and start dipping, I use a tooth pick, you can use a fork or a spoon

if you like, go ahead and decorate
