Pumpkin Pancakes
On Sunday morning, it was windy and rainy, and oh so very miserable outside. These pumpkin pancakes, were the perfect start to a very lazy pyjama day. According to my 6 year old " they taste just like pumpkin pie" There was even mention, of topping them with whipped cream, where do kids come up with these ideas, not from their mother surely, but maple syrup and butter, did the job. Hope you give them a try.

- Stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, salt, nutmeg and cloves in a medium bowl.

- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake and cook approximately 3 minutes per side.
- Serve with butter and maple syrup.
*** want to make these over the top, add bacon, fry up your bacon first, then add to the top of the pancakes, before flipping them over.

Que delicioso acordar. Nunca fiz pamquecas de abóbora.Já fiz com custard powder e ficaram muito saborosas. Quando aparecer um abóbora por aqui vou de certeza experimentar.
